After a disappointing purchase of “Surprise” in 2006, I am excited to report that Paul Simon’s latest album “So Beautiful or So What” is wonderful. Listening to it, I forget that he will be 70 years old this fall. (Of course I am sure that some engineering helped with this, as well). PS will always have a special place in my heart because I used to listen to my Mom and Dad’s tape of Simon and Garfunkel Live in Central Park growing up. As we move into our work week, here is a rehearsal clip from “The Afterlife” a track from the new album. I especially like this one because its recurring line – you got to fill out a form first and then you wait in the line . It reminds me of the schlep into work on Monday mornings.
